Conflito de Jurisdição N° 10, impetrada para sanar conflito de jurisdição entre o Tribunal da Relação de Fortaleza e o Tribunal da Relação de Pernambuco. Na ação, o presidente do Tribunal da Relação de Fortaleza argumenta que as apelações criminais interpostas antes de 3 de janeiro de 1874 deveriam ser julgadas pelo Tribunal da Relação de Pernambuco, de acordo com o Decreto nº 5.456/1873. O Supremo Tribunal de Justiça decide pela competência do Tribunal da Relação de Pernambuco.
